We strive to make your experience as easy and accessible as possible.

Rebates and Referrals
We offer HICAPS for immediate private health insurance claims. We also accept DVA and WorkCover claims, and are registered NDIS Providers. Medicare Team Care Arrangements (EPC plans) are accepted, though a gap fee applies.

Cancellation Policy
To best accommodate all our patients, we require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to attend or late cancellations may incur a non-attendance fee.

Products
We stock a range of support products, including braces, orthopedic footwear, pillows, and resistance bands to aid your recovery and injury prevention.
